Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Team – a USA-based digital advertising agency. In this full-time position, your primary role will be the management and growth of our digital marketing team. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Account Managers to ensure campaigns are launched properly, are performing throughout the duration of the campaign, and reported on in a time-efficient manner. This in-house position will be based in our Nepal office, located in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur. Candidates must be able to work in the office to be considered.  

Responsibilities  

  • Work with Digital Marketing Account Managers to plan, organize, activate, and control the day-to-day strategy, campaign management, and reporting.  
  • Manage campaigns for assigned clients, ensuring proper strategy implementation.  
  • Track campaign performance daily, report weekly progress and achievements, and assist in the determination of monthly media budgets.  
  • Maintain daily contact with internal departments to correct, improve, and optimize clients’ campaigns. 
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance data and build up strategies to improve the results over time.  

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

Must-Have 

  • Ability to lead a large team. 
  • Confident and skilled at project management.  
  • Knowledge of PPC, Display Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and the DSP environment.  
  • Strong foundation of Programmatic advertising. 
  • Excellent skills in strategizing, implementing, and optimization of campaigns on Facebook and Google. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  
  • Proven record of working and communicating with international clients in English. 
  • Ability to work with a team and independently. 

Qualifications and Experiences 

  • Hands-on digital advertising experience.  
  • 5 years+ experience in Meta and Google ads.  
  • Must have experience in handling a large digital marketing team and multiple campaigns for multiple clients. 
  • Must have knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Meta pixel, GA4, and Google Tag Manager. 
  • Solid organizational, communication skills, and institutional knowledge.  
  • Passion for all things digital.
