Researchers from the United States and Germany confirm that every device has its distinct “signature”, a set of chemicals that distinguishes each phone from others.

Research done by Text request shows that 95% of text messages will be read within 3 minutes of being sent. It also shows that smartphone users will only take 90 seconds to reply. Looking at this data, it makes it easy to believe that the average adult spends 23 hours a week texting.

Email response time is starting to shrink. People are now using their portable devices to reply to emails on the go. Studies show that about 50% of replies sent through tablets or smartphones are sent in less than 60 minutes.

    Six of the world’s seven billion people have mobile phones, but only 4.5 billion have a toilet, according to a U.N. report in 2013. 

    Even though it might seem odd at first, this statement is a reality. Think about the least developed countries in the world. Most households don’t have a toilet, and a lot of families share one. About half of India’s 1.2 billion residents are mobile users, but only 366 million people have access to toilets. 

    The good news is that this shocking statistic led the international organization to launch a global campaign to improve sanitation for people whose health was at risk.

    The average person unlocks his or her smartphone 110 times each day, according to a study released by app maker Locket.

    Let’s do some quick math. A day has 24 hours. If you are one of those people who needs their 8-hour beauty rest, you still have 16 hours of life ahead of you. That means that, on average, you unlock your smartphone 6 to 7 times per hour. An hour has 60 minutes, so basically, you unlock your phone once every 10 minutes.
